Friends,
I'm taking part in one of the biggest challenges there is... a Spartan Race!
I will be mentally and physically pushing myself to the limit on race day, to help make a difference for a cause that's close to my heart and worthy of this effort.
A dear friend of mine recently got diagnosed with a Neuromuscular disorder. Although theres not a lot that I can do for her directly I would like to try and raise some money for others in her position. Making sure they get the care they need.

We want everyone to have choice and control over where and how they live their lives, with access to peers, community and connection. We offer social and educational opportunities, providing advice, information, support and advocacy, as well as campaigning, and running projects designed to help our members overcome barriers.
